Terms of Service

Last updated: May 2026. Effective immediately for new users.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Divicode (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms form a binding contract between you and Divicode.

2. Description of Service

Divicode is a guided personal practice platform that combines quantum coherence techniques, intention-setting protocols, and AI-assisted visualization. The Service includes structured sessions (Morning Anchor, Gratitude Stream, Heart Coherence, Deep Scenario, Resistance Work, Signs Reflection), AI-generated vision images, ambient audio, and session history tracking.

Divicode is a wellness and personal development tool. It is not a medical device, therapy service, or mental health treatment. Nothing on the platform constitutes medical advice.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@divicode.app of any unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the Service.

4. Free and Pro Plans

Divicode offers a free tier and a paid Pro plan:

  • ·Free: Access to Morning Anchor and Signs Reflection sessions. No credit card required.
  • ·Pro Monthly (€9.90/month): Full access to all 6 session types, AI Quantum Vision generation, unlimited session history. Billed monthly. Cancel anytime.
  • ·Pro Lifetime (€149 one-time): All Pro features, permanently. No recurring charge.

Prices are inclusive of applicable VAT. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

5. Subscriptions and Cancellation

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your Pro access continues until the end of the paid period — no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

For EU customers, you have a 14-day cooling-off right from the date of first purchase, provided you have not made substantial use of the digital content during that period (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

6. User Content

Content you create within sessions (reflections, intentions, lists) belongs to you. You grant Divicode a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process this content solely to operate the Service. We do not use your session content to train AI models or share it with third parties.

7. AI-Generated Visions

AI-generated images produced during sessions are generated via third-party models based on your text prompts. These images are for personal use only. Do not submit prompts containing personal data of others, illegal content, or content that violates third-party rights. Divicode takes no responsibility for AI output and reserves the right to moderate or remove violating content.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Service to:

  • ·Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • ·Impersonate any person or entity
  • ·Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • ·Resell, license, or commercially exploit any part of the Service without written permission
  • ·Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service by automated means

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Divicode does not guarantee specific results from using the platform. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divicode’s liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vienna, Austria, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence applies.
